What do you need to be a talent acquisition advisor at Yellow Pages?


  • A degree or diploma in HR management (or related field), with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in the field of recruitment in a corporate environment, or an equivalent in education/experience.
  • Previous experience dealing with high volumes of recruitment including mass recruits and sales recruitment
  • Proven knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques including in depth knowledge of Social Media
  • Fluently bilingual (English & French)
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and has a natural focus on making things happen
  • Works well with a variety of working styles and personalities; friendly, outgoing manner
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, and with little direction or supervision.
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
  • An inquisitive Recruiter who enjoys learning about diverse client needs and working with a collaborative and consultative approach
