As a Coordinator – SEM/SEO/SOCIAL, you will be required to provide support with respect to the delivery of multiple digital advertising solutions such as SEO, SEM, Social, website, etc. If you're passionate about digital marketing, analysis and exceeding customer expectations, this is the position for you!

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Coordinate the launch of digital products with our external and internal fulfillment teams. Verify the accuracy of information provided.
  • Support Sales and clients with contracts and content related issues as well as basic performance requests.
  • Assign performance and change requests originated from Sales, clients and client services.
  • Report all systems issues and ensure data integrity between our internal and external platforms. Suggest solutions to resolve them efficiently
  • Coordinate escalation requests through the fulfillment workflow(s) and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders

What do you need to be a Coordinator – SEM/SEO/SOCIAL at Yellow Pages?

 

Education, Experience and Technical Skills:

 

  • One to two years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of any digital marketing area, an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French), an asset
