What is an SEM Marketing Coordinator at Yellow Pages?

As an SEM Marketing Coordinator, you will be required to provide administrative support with respect to the management of marketing campaigns involving search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), organized with external business partners. S/he will need to verify system information and manage the inbox used by our partners to report campaign-related issues.

 

Your main responsabilities are to assist with SEM and SEO campaigns for our external partners and report system-related problems to the manager, who will see to its correction. You will also verify the accuracy of information provided to partners. You will forward all problems and change requests generated by our system to partners, then record the information in our customer relationship management system, so it is available internally. Plus, you will create a new status report on the service-level agreement reached with the primary partners, verify that requests sent to partners are processed and report any problems. The coordinator will also send SEO reports to the customer using the general e-mail account and update campaign status information, as needed.

 What do you need to be an SEM Marketing Coordinator at Yellow Pages?

Qualifications:
-  1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Highly proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Well versed in the use of Internet
- Google AdWords certified, an asset
