As a Senior Manager – growth, you must lead a team whose mandate is to exceed established revenue objectives. The focus will be on achieving excellence in retaining at-risk clients, protecting current revenues and implementing strategies to identify future revenue potential. To do so, the successful candidate will provide innovative strategies and tactics to develop the channels under his responsibility.

Main responsibilities:
Revenue growth
Implement the vision, strategies and initiatives of the channels in order to promote the achievement of all the objectives set by the team, through profitable and sustainable revenue growth. Be accountable for the revenues and expenses of their sectors.

Process supervision and improvement
Provide regular coaching to team members to support the achievement of all revenue objectives. Review all customer processes that have a negative impact and propose solutions in collaboration with other sectors.

Customer orientation
Constantly seek to improve the customer experience and constantly suggest new ways to support the strategic vision. 

Change management
Lead and bring to life the vision of change in a fast-paced market environment. Bring the corporate engagement plan to life and deploy specific tactics to address resource mobilization through its channels

What do you need to be a Senior Manager for growth at Yellow Pages?
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Experience in a telemarketing, customer retention and previous high performance in a sales team.
• Experience in sales and B2B solutions.

• Be motivated by results and the pursuit of objectives set by the company.
• Ability to lead, supervise and motivate several high-performing sales teams
• Ability to develop productive business relationships across departments and levels of the organization.
• Ability to support strategic direction and implement the support plan.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment where priorities change.
• Ability to influence others to support revenues and customer initiatives.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
