As a Sales Team Manager - Call Center, you will join the big family of Yellow Pages sales! You are responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 sales representatives, supporting them in their success and achieving their targets.


Your positive attitude and natural leadership allow you to federate your sales teams and become a reference to your representatives. You are constantly looking to improve the customer experience by finding ways to increase customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.


The position breaks down as follows:

  • 50% coaching
  • 30% implementation and respect of call center metrics
  • 20% participation in strategic projects between different managers

What do you need to be Sales Team Manager - Call Center at Yellow Pages?


Education, experience and technical skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration
  • Experience in a sales management position and high performance in a sales team
  • Knowledge of Five 9 and SalesForce tools
  • Experience in advertising and media is desired 

Non-technical skills and abilities 

  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate a very successful sales team
  • Ability to build productive business relationships across departments and levels of the organization
  • Ability to support the strategic direction and materialize the support plan
  • Strong judgment recognized and decision-making skills
  • Ability to influence others to gain support for client revenues and initiatives
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Bilingual
