What do you need to be a Supervisor in a customer contact center at Yellow Pages?


Qualifications:
• College diploma
• Perfectly bilingual (written and oral)
• Between 4 to 5 years experiences in a call center
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools (customer relationship management)
