Your future duties and responsibilities as a Workflow Manager:
The Workflow Manager role will consist primarily of administering programs, lists creation and campaign management that support the overall marketing and sales strategy for both new business sales and sales into the existing customer base.
Within this position, it is important to incorporate consistent and dependable reporting and analysis as to the effectiveness of such campaigns and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments thereby consistently nurturing leads throughout the funnel.
This position requires strong analytic skills, experience with phone systems, and the ability to turn data into useful information which supports goals and objectives.
A general knowledge of general sales processes and the ability to effectively create and maintain positive relationships among other departments, particularly the sales department, is expected.
There will also be a fair amount of administrative tasks associated with the position.


The Workflow Manager will:

•Manage lists from YPG overseeing list quality and proper usage by sales teams. Monitor and evaluate production flow and make recommendations for ongoing improvement. Liaise with various internal departments and business partners to establish procedures, controls and quality standards.
•Manage phone system list ensuring proper supply and usage by sales teams
•Utilizing database marketing knowledge to continually evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.  Focus on developing list management database.
•Create and maintain accurate reports for management team focusing on campaign workflow on daily, weekly and monthly intervals.  Establish campaign milestones and generate pre/post campaign analysis of relevant data


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

•Degree in sales or business administration with two or more years’ experience in list management and analysis focused role
•Management experience in B2B environment
•Experience working with popular lead management software and systems is an asset
•Advanced quantitative, analytical, organization, leadership and management skills
•Working knowledge of list tools
•High level of attention to detail while maintaining ability to keep focused on bigger picture initiatives
•Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
•Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills
•Strong organizational and coordination capabilities with attention to detail
•Strong oral and written communication, listening skills and problem-solving skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Bilingualism is a must for Quebec region, considered an asset for other regions
•Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing work environment, able to work autonomously and in a team
